Future Ready Schools

Year One (2021-2022)
Future Ready Schools Grant Initiative includes three work categories:

Technology Infrastructure
In this area, there will be a technology infrastructure assessment of the Trenton Public
Schools network. This assessment will include a Cyber Security Assessment of the Trenton Public Schools network.

Technology Operations
In this area, there will be an identification of the manner in which the IT operation manages software and hardware as well as other IT support tasks including network administration, device management, mobile contracting, and help desk. IT operations management (ITOM) and IT operations analytics (ITOA) help an organization refine the way that IT approaches services, deployment, and support and help to ensure consistency, reliability, and quality of service.

Community Technology
In this area, there will be an assessment as to how the Trenton Public Schools’ technology infrastructure supports community involvement.
